Delicious Cream Cheese Apple Coffee Cake Recipe #Cake

Cake Ingredients:

• 2/3 cup butter, softened
• 2/3 cup brown sugar
• 1/3 cup white sugar
• 2 egg
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 2/3 tablespoon vanilla
• 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
• 2/3 teaspoon baking soda
• 2/3 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/3 teaspoon salt
• 1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1 2/3 cups chopped apples (chopped small)
• Cream Cheese Layer Ingredients:
• 10 oz. softened cream cheese
• 1 1/3 teaspoon vanilla
• 4 tablespoons white sugar
• Streusel Ingredients:
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1/3 cup brown sugar
• 2/3 cup flour
• 1 1/3 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2/3 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/6 teaspoon salt
• 8 tablespoons cold butter

How to cook

1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and grease a square pan.
2. Combine the butter and sugars for the cake and mix until fluffy. Add the egg, oil, and vanilla and mix until combined.
3. Stir together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon and stir into the butter mixture, mixing just until combined. Stir in the chopped apples. Spread into the prepared pan.
