Ingredients

• 2 cups whole milk
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 1/3 cup cocoa powder
• 1/4 cup cornstarch
• 4 oz dark chocolate finely chopped
• Toppings
• Whipped cream
• Mini marshmallows
• Mini chocolate chips
